Advanced Search
The advanced search allows filtered search for all records in an Engine workspace.
Accessing the Advanced Search
To access the advanced search, first open the quick search popover by clicking into the quick search bar in the top navigation. Then click on the "Advanced Search" button.

Using the Advanced Search
Above the filters the advanced search screen is structured into three tabs: Resources, Executions, and Messages.
Filters
There are a number of possibilities to filter the search results. There is no "Search" button. The search will automatically be performed shortly after any filter is modified.

Name Filter
Limits the search to contain only records with names that contain the given string. For example, the string "test" will yield results like "test-flow", "run-tests".
Type Filter
Limits the search to specific types.

Location Filter
Limits the search to specific projects, bundles or the workspace.
Modified at Filter
Limits the search to contain only records which were modified in the given timespan.

Modified by Filter
Limits the search to contain only records which were last modified by any of the selected users.
Created at Filter
Limits the search to contain only records which were created in the given timespan.
Created by Filter
Limits the search to contain only records which were created by any of the selected users.
Record Status Filter
Limit the search to trashed or non-deleted records.

Resource Results
A list where resources are listed which match the given search filter.
Execution Results
A list where executions are listed which match the given search filter.
Message Results
A list where messages are listed which match the given search filter.
